KD Photography is operated by KD Atsatt LLC ("KD Photography," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit kd-photo.com, contact us, inquire about or book photography services, or interact with our ads or social media pages.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry, email, call, or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, event date and location, photography preferences, and anything else you choose to share. If you book with us, we may also collect contract, scheduling, billing, and payment-related information.
Photos and event information. In providing photography services, we create and store photographs that may identify you and other people at your event. We may also receive names and other details needed to plan coverage and deliver your gallery.
Website and ad information. Our website and its service providers may collect your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referring website, and interactions with our site through cookies and similar technologies. If you contact us through a Meta lead form, Meta provides us with the information you submit in that form.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through an inquiry form unless it is necessary for your request.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; discuss, book, plan, provide, and deliver photography services; manage contracts and payments; communicate with clients; operate and improve our website; understand how people find us and interact with our advertising; protect our business and clients; and comply with legal obligations. We may use photographs in our portfolio, website, social media, or other promotional materials where permitted by our client agreement and applicable law.
Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing email or text list. We may contact you about your inquiry or photography services you request.
When we share information
We share information as needed with people and companies that help us run our business and provide services, including our photographers and contractors; website hosting and analytics providers such as Squarespace; our client management provider, Dubsado; email and cloud storage providers; gallery delivery providers; payment processors; and advertising providers when we use their tools. These parties receive information relevant to the services they provide. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
If you submit a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta processes your interaction under its own privacy policy and provides your submitted details to us. Links on our site may take you to other websites with their own privacy practices.
Cookies and advertising
Squarespace uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the website and provide site analytics. We may also use Google advertising or measurement tools to understand the performance of our ads. These tools may collect information about visits and interactions with our website according to their settings.
